Keys to My Heart Collage
Unlock a new chamber in your heart with this beautiful assembly of antique keys! This charming artwork came about while Bonnie and I were antiquing in Fort Worth. We came across a bunch of vintage skeleton keys—once we laid eyes on them, we knew we had to give them a new purpose!
37 pieces of antique hardware come together to form a heart shape on top of a reclaimed antique door panel in this assemblage artwork. We fastened the keyhole covers with antique slotted screws and decoupage, then added texture and color to the panel with Shane’s acrylic paint techniques.
