Orders of in-stock items are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon ordering and an additional notification when your order has shipped.
Orders of preorder items have a scheduled release date listed at the beginning of the description on their product pages—this is the day your order will ship. It is our goal to ship preorder items on or before their scheduled release date, but delays can happen—we will keep you informed if a preorder schedule changes.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please send us a message with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
