A Star is Born
We designed this collection of five beautiful and intricate stars to commemorate the wonder of Christmas and the divine night our savior was born.
Each star has a theme with hymns, poems, and other nostalgia we’ve drawn from the past to create these beautiful stories of reclamation and antiquity with celestial shapes.
Made with nearly 100-year-old reclaimed piano wood, engraved with traditional hymns and poems that are even older, celebrating the event that split time in two. These stars are timeless treasures.
Handmade to look similar to the pictured stars—all are made from the header (the part where the piano strings are attached) of antique upright grand pianos. We will hand-dye the wood to recreate the green color of the original Kimball header, or if you prefer, we can skip the dye and preserve the natural wood color.
