Our State Plate Heart Art is handmade from authentic, upcycled license plates and customized with the states you choose. Pick your home state, the place you grew up, two states that brought a couple together, or any combination that tells your story.
Each piece is cut and assembled by hand here in Keller, Texas. Because we use real license plates, no two hearts will ever be exactly alike.

Our State Plate Story
This design started with our own story.
I grew up in a small town in Iowa, while Bonnie has always called Texas home. I moved to Texas straight out of high school, met Bonnie, and fell in love. We briefly tried moving north together, but one Iowa winter was enough to send us back to Texas—and we've been here ever since.
Years later, Bonnie surprised me with a heart made from Iowa and Texas license plates to represent the two places that brought us together.
It still hangs in my office today.
That original heart inspired this collection: a way to turn the places that are part of your story into something you can see and enjoy every day.
Made From Real License Plates
Every State Plate Heart is one of a kind.
The colors, numbers, letters, graphics, scratches, and patina will vary depending on the vintage license plates available for your chosen states. Those differences are part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.
These make especially meaningful gifts for weddings, anniversaries, new homes, long-distance families, military families, car enthusiasts, or anyone whose heart belongs to more than one place.
