Larry modified the 9-inch cross to make this impressive double-sided cross that can be suspended instead of wall-mounted.

To make it, he increased the size of the 1-inch pieces to 1-1/4-inch, then he cut twice the amount of the 1/2-inch strips. He then finished it off by drilling a hole through the top, threading a leather cord through it, and tying it off.
