Some people embrace their creative birthright, while others suppress it and say they’re not a “creative type.” I believe we’re all creative—we all can make. Sure, there are varying levels of creative prowess, but mostly, the difference between “creative types” and others is their understanding of creative principles and commitment to do the work, day after day, until they achieve status amongst the artistic elite. Creativity is like a muscle, if you don’t work it, it'll atrophy, and you’ll lose it.

I made 3 of the 20" crosses out of very resinous native timber called Rimu. The timber had many colours and patterns and after sanding I had them finished in a clear top coat car paint. They really stood out. Gave 2 of them away to very good friends, one of whom lives in the states and the other to a friend in NZ. The 3rd I gave to a young girl who I work with to give to her parents for a xmas present. She sent a video clip of them opening it and by the reaction they were delighted to have got such a present. Thank you for the design and the pleasure I have had giving them to those people. Regards

Thank you for the cross design. I have modified a little. I have v placed a pic of it on your site . I also just got done with a 3’ cross. It cane out very nice.
