Doug has been tinkering with wood for over 30 years, but he has just recently gotten set up with a dedicated shop. Inspired by the 9-inch cross plans, Doug made and gave away several crosses. When Easter was approaching, while making more as gifts, he came up with the idea to leave them unglued to give to children in his neighborhood so they could build them as Easter projects. The kids and their parents were thrilled to receive such meaningful and engaging gifts!
